Free shipping across Canada!
Here's what you need to know about getting your Goodstock fix:
Shipping Options:
- Free Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): Every order ships free to any address in Canada. No minimum spend.
Order Processing:
- Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. ET typically ship within two business days.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your biltong adventure begins, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Address:
- Double-check your shipping address before placing your order! We can't be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
Delivery Responsibility:
- Once the courier marks your package as delivered, Toronto Biltong Corp. (operating as Goodstock) is not responsible for the parcel. However, we'll happily work with our couriers to ensure your biltong arrives promptly at the provided address.
Unforeseen Delays:
- Unfortunately, things happen! We cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors like natural disasters, courier issues, or other unexpected events. Once the package is with the courier, delivery responsibility falls on them.
